Job Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the dealership’s sales process.
- Take ownership and excel in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting new clients to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate available inventory to potential customers.
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly sales plans.
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units in line with dealership standards.
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and necessary certifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ Automotive retail experience is preferred.
- Previous GM experience is preferred.
- Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
