Automotive Service Dispatcher
Our dealership is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience for consideration of this position.
***GM experience preferred.***
Requirements

Must possess a high level of technician retention.

Maintain an organized dispatch system I real time repair log.

Be commensurately intuitive when assigning service work to the appropriate technicians.

Ensure proper repair order documentation, i.e., complaint, cause and correction noted on every repair order with punch time for each operation.

Ensures that technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures.

Prepares estimates when required.

Maintains timely and professional contact with customers throughout their service experience. When required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.
