Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) MedSurg Unit Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The RN MedSurg Unit Supervisor will play a key role in staff management, patient safety, and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff within the MedSurg Unit, ensuring efficient workflow and quality care.
- Oversee patient care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, assist with staff scheduling, and manage resource allocation.
