Who We're Looking For:
We seek a relationship-driven sales professional who excels at building and nurturing referral networks with healthcare providers, hospitals, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. If you have a background in social work, healthcare sales, or business development and want to expand your expertise into a high-impact role, this is the perfect opportunity!

Essential Responsibilities:
- Build & Nurture a High-Performing Referral Network – Establish long-term relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, and key influencers in the aging services sector.
- Implement Our Industry-Specific Sales Plan with Precision – Execute a proven sales strategy to position EasyLiving as the top choice for private-pay home care services.
- Achieve a $1M Quota in Your First Year – Drive revenue growth with a flexible ramp-up period to help you succeed.
- Focus on Acquiring & Retaining Private-Pay Clients – Educate families and referrers on the benefits of EasyLiving’s high-touch senior care model.
- Contribute to EasyLiving’s Growth Strategy & Market Expansion – Play a key role in growing our presence and impact across the Tampa Bay region.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years of healthcare sales experience (pharmaceutical, medical device, home care or other B2B healthcare preferred)
- Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners
- Experience managing regional territories and provider networks
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas ($1M ) through consultative, relationship-based selling
- Expertise in developing referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with greater autonomy than traditional sales roles
- Exceptional presentation skills and clinical knowledge
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management software

Primary Responsibilities (Including, but Not Limited To):
- Identify and build relationships with hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, medical providers, and other referral sources
- Maintain a database of potential referral partners and nurture relationships
- Conduct community education sessions on senior care topics (e.g., dementia care, fall prevention, long-term care planning)
- Schedule and present EasyLiving’s services at professional meetings, staff trainings, and community events
- Represent EasyLiving at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows
- Track referral activity using a CRM system and follow up on leads
- Consistently meet weekly visit targets with key referral sources
- Submit activity reports and meet with management regularly to discuss progress and opportunities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
