We are currently seeking a HR Generalist/Recruiter at our Reading, PA Facility

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect evolving company needs.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
HR Generalist Duties
• Support HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Administer HR programs, including benefits, training, and development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support workforce planning.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Coordinate and participate in HR-driven events and recognition programs.
• Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of HR and recruiting experience, preferably in a [manufacturing/production/logistics/other relevant] environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
