We are currently seeking an 2nd and 3rd Process Technician at our Reading, PA Facility

• Purge antifreeze from tools
• Assist in tooling assembly, disassembly and maintenance
• Remove form tool, trim tool and stacker from machine
• Install form tool, trim tool and stacker in machine
• Set rail positions, trim positions and stacker positions with assistance
• Troubleshoot Minor process issues with assistance
• Document process settings
• Perform full tool change on Post Trim or Cut In Place
• Perform any other duties assigned by a Supervisor.Must adhere to EasyPak’s Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards and ISO Certification.

• High School diploma or GED required
• Technical schooling a plus
• Electrical and/or electronic diagnostic abilities a plus
• 1-3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food and beverage packaging industry.
• 1-3 years of experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude and worked on machines and/or tooling
• Ability to use computers.  Must be able to communicate using email.  Must be able to use computer applications including Word, Excel, and Computerize Maintenance software.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement programs.
• Thermoforming experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with associates at all levels of the organization. 
• Detailed problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Strong Technical and Mechanical skills.
• Ability to safely drive stand up and sit down fork trucks

Basic proficiency in English including the ability to understand and execute instructions on the manufacturing floor.
