Essential Duties
- Inspection of incoming orders to confirm proper weight, quality, and quantity
- Maintenance of product rotation according to established HACCP protocols (FIFO)
- Accurate dating of products and prompt placement in storage
- Routine cleaning of food storage areas, adhering to strict sanitation standards
You'll collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain effective communication and support daily operations, including inventory management, catering, and utility duties as required.
