What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Eat REAL?
POSITION: Manager, K-12 Program
LOCATION: Remote
JOB TYPE: Full-time, exempt
Reports To: Director, K-12 Program
THE ROLE
In 2025, Eat Real is aiming big — reaching one million students to double our impact in just one year. To make that happen, we need to attract and serve more school districts than ever before. That’s where you come in. As the Program Manager, you’ll get your feet wet with the Fall 2025 district outreach season — connecting with school nutrition leaders, introducing them to Eat Real, and getting them enrolled in our K-12 Certification Program. As our districts come on board for Fall 2025, you’ll transition into program management, supporting them through certification and helping them achieve their goals.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building and nurturing relationships. You’ll be the face of Eat Real in new regions, working closely with school food leaders to drive real change. Reporting to the Director of K-12 Program, you’ll also collaborate across teams and have the flexibility to shape your focus based on your strengths and interests. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and get excited about relationship-building, strategy, and school food, we’d love to have you on board.
