Job Description
Team Members will be at the heart of our guest experience—crafting delicious espresso drinks, preparing food items, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality. You'll rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge ($17–$18/hour).
- Baristas: Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
- Customer Service Associates: Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Line/Prep Cooks: Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Café Leads support day-to-day operations of the caffè while mentoring and guiding the team. You'll work closely with managers, lead by example in service and execution, and help ensure each guest leaves with an exceptional experience ($23-$24/hour).
