We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the development and execution of our company's IT strategy, infrastructure, and applications.
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals to deliver innovative and effective technology solutions that support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with company leadership to understand business needs and create an actionable technological roadmap to achieve business objectives.
The IT Manager is responsible for all IT (Information Technology) aspects in the organization including needs assessment, solution evaluation, vendor selection, and implementation, as well as Integration with vendors. The IT Manager reports to the Director, IT.

Compensation: The yearly compensation for this role is $85,000 - $115,000

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals to deliver innovative and effective technology solutions that support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with company leadership to understand business needs and create an actionable technological roadmap to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals.
- Lead the team in implementing and maintaining critical systems and applications.
- Identify and address issues and roadblocks to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Provide technical and consulting support to the IT team and other departments as needed.
- Partner with leadership to support the technology roadmap that aligns with business needs.
- Assist with planning and executing IT infrastructure operations and capital budget to meet business and technology needs.
- Continuously improve security and emergency management protocols to ensure the safety and security of the company's IT assets.
- Analyze business requirements to determine technology needs and recommend solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to deliver high-quality IT solutions and management capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and industry trends and provide input to leadership as appropriate
- Provide leadership and support to a team
- 5 years of developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations experience
- 2 years in management role
- Hands-on experience with help desk services, asset management tools, and project management tools
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and cost reduction strategies
- Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications and project management software tools
- Continuous improvement mindset that works to prepare the company for the future
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to manage projects from conception to completion
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional Travel within the USA
- Role is fully on-site (HQ – NY)
Compensation: The yearly compensation for this role is $85,000 - $115,000
