Role : Network Lead Juniper & Aruba
Location : Orlando FL Day 1 Onsite
Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsoriented Network Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in designing implementing and maintaining complex networks utilizing Juniper and Aruba technologies. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of the organizations network infrastructure including LAN WAN and data center networks.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the network including monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of network engineers.
- Define and implement network architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in the evaluation selection and implementation of new network technologies and solutions.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures.
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in oncall rotation for network support.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential network issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network integration.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in networking technologies and industry trends.
