We are Payment Hub a division of the Capital Markets business We are responsible for the development marketing and delivery of our Corporate Payments solutions and services in Globally.
Our division focuses on Enterprise clients usually large corporations and Tier 3 banks It is built around 3 pillars Product Management Product Development and Professional Services We provide them with solutions and the services to centralize their treasury and payments processes consolidate and interconnect their back office and banking landscape in order to gain more control over their finances and capital.
Within Professional Services our team of 100 consultants in locations across the globe manages approximatively 350 engagements yearly from consultancy and support pool of days to large first implementation upgrades and global rollouts
Over the past years we evolved our approach from running software development projects to growing our standard product and building service catalogues around it. Our focus is business value over IT and working on making the IT as transparent as possible engaging with business stakeholders at our clients and working on creating value out of our solutions whether through automation of processes overall reduction of operating costs or better visibility on cash and better management of risks including Fraud risks
MISSION
As a Professional Services consultant in a Software Product company you are accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of our Treasury and Payments projects services and solutions to our medium to large corporate clients across Europe.
You will join one of our Professional Services consultants teams within Capital Markets group. You will be based in our office most suitable to your location see key locations above Regular travels approx 20 to 40 to visit your clients are expected and are an integral part of the position.

Applicable to every Professional Services position
Engage with the clients business and manage client relationship effectively improve their overall client satisfaction generating positive client feedback evaluations referrals or references each year.
Contribute to delivering services and projects within the constraints set by the contract scope approach time with a tolerance of 10 or within the tolerances set during the project or service setup.
Contribute to achieving 80 of the goals set for the mission or project expecting criterions related to quality of deliverables inputs to improving our services and solutions offering and growing our people processes and tools.
Deliver against your own and the overall team and division revenue and chargeability client billable hours targets.
Facing new challenges and situations provide concrete illustrations of your engagement and ability to anticipate be proactive take initiative qualify a problem or challenge and come with creative solutions.
Collaborate with other involved actors in delivering the expected results Consultants Project Managers Practice Managers other client delivery teams as applicable.
Capitalize on your engagement your expertise and our offerings to generate new revenue opportunities liaising with our presales and sales team to help fully qualify them.
Be an actor of the development and growth of our products service catalogue building new services improving existing ones and toolkits delivering at least two new or updated assets every year ex building an updated version of our budget tracking sheet and presenting it to the consultants community.
Stay abreast with market and industry evolution in Treasury Payments Cash Management and Corporate Banking overall.
