Project Planning creating SOW Governance Model Developing Tracking Budgets Ensuring Resource Availability Internal External Stakeholder Management Risk Management Monthly reports and KPI adherence
Managing delivery expectations in terms of quality timelines timely identification of issues risks and providing mitigation plans escalation management and resourcing challenges Collaborating with business stakeholders overlapping with onsite hours
Identify the projects goals objectives and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks timelines and resources required They communicate with the project team and stakeholders manage risks and issues and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track
