Eatery Essentials, a disposable packaging solutions company focused on providing high quality, competitively priced paper and plastic food service disposables to the food service, processor, supermarket, and C-Store industry, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who can joining our team. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
SUMMARY :
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate meetings and activities of the management including preparation of materials, physical and logistical arrangements, and travel details as required
- Prepare correspondence, memorandums, and communications on behalf or at the request of Management
- Review and handle appropriately all mail, pursuing administrative action as needed
- Manages special projects from inception to completion as directed by management
- Manage and maintain management schedules
- Assist in the preparation or regularly scheduled reports
- Respect confidentiality in discussing staff and company matters
- Assists in other duties as directed
- Perform weekly inventory and submit request to procurement for office supplies as needed
- Managing and escorting vendors and visitors while the on the premises
- Daily audit of janitorial route checklists
