As a Food Service Operations Manager with Eatn Park Hospitality Group, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more areas of the dining service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing Customers and Team Members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, sanitation, cash handling, and supervision of team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members using Smile Plus skills, resolving issues promptly.
- Supervising Team Members
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their area of responsibility, consulting with management as needed to improve services.
- Uphold established Parkhurst policies and procedures while maintaining high standards.
- Purchasing Foods and Supplies
- Participate in purchasing foods and supplies as required by the operation.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels, communicating findings to management.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Evaluate practices and procedures for compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
