Overview:
As a Maintenance Field Technician II, you will complete general repairs, scheduled maintenance service, and emergency maintenance service at various commercial restaurants. You can expect to complete scheduled work including but not limited to lot line painting, interior and exterior building painting, basic electrical and plumbing, material finish repairs, door hardware, floor tile, ceiling tile etc. Work priorities and locations will be scheduled and coordinated with our maintenance dispatcher on a weekly basis.
Summary of Essential Functions:
- Complete all maintenance / repair work as directed and scheduled on time and in line with standards; guest and team member safety concerns will be scheduled as high priority.
- Work with the Maintenance Crew Leader and Facilities Coordinator/dispatcher to schedule restaurant visits and scope of work.
- Work collaboratively with the Eat’n Park Maintenance (EMP) Crew
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and stock of necessary supplies and stock of company owned and provided vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and responsible for the proper maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of the company van and tools; notify EPM Crew Leader immediately of any Safety Concerns.
- Must be self motivated and able to work productively and independently upon completion of training and instruction from Facility Maintenance Crew Leader.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a maintenance technician position.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with high quality standards.
- Work a 5 Day/40-hour work week with management-approved flex schedule.
- Must be available to work midnights, off hours to accomplish some maintenance tasks.
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds, be able to bend and crawl.
- Must be able to and be comfortable in the use of an extension ladder up to 25 feet.
- Must be drug free and maintain a clean valid driver’s license with no record of DUI violations.
- Adhere to all ENPHG policies and procedures.
- Must be on call after hours and emergency calls within a weekly rotation depending on number of restaurants and crew size. Current on call rotation is about every 8-9 week or 5-6 weeks per year.
