What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Entry Level Assembly position at Eaton Corporation?
Eaton’s ES CRDS RESI Residential division is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Entry Level Assembly. The hourly rate for this position is $18.17 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- RELOCATION assistance will be provided for applicants outside the 50-mile radius from the Eaton facility.
What you’ll do:
- Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
- Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
- Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
- Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

- Must stand up to 8 hours a day

- Proficient using hand/power tools

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
