We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Wilsonville, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive profit and loss growth, as well as organizational direction. This includes collaborating with Product Line Managers to execute product line specific pricing and marketing initiatives, establishing and refining manufacturing processes to achieve volume, productivity improvements, and profit goals, negotiating purchases and shipments of materials from outside vendors, and maintaining effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners.
This role requires a strong background in product line management, sales, or marketing of commercial or industrial manufactured products, with a minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing setting related to operations, quality, continuous improvement, or supply chain. Additionally, prior management experience with direct reports and negotiation skills are essential.
