About the Role
This position will be based out of one of our major Eaton locations in the US, including Beachwood, OH (preferred), Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Galesburg, MI, or Houston, TX. Only local candidates within 50 miles of one of these locations can be considered.
As a senior leader in the cloud operations space, you will identify opportunities and lead your team in implementing solutions that will improve the operations of the cloud environment. You will identify and help drive solutions that require collaboration with peer groups and report on those outcomes. By refining and automating key processes, you will help offset significant resource growth. You will have management over incidents and requests of the Multi-Cloud environment on a day-to-day basis and will track patterns and trends, taking action to address them.
