Regional Marketing Manager - South East Region
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make an immediate impact by driving the residential product line and building contractor and distributor relationships to grow Eaton's market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth for RWD products, focusing on Residential Products Division products (load-centers, breakers, group metering, etc.) and Wiring Devices (Residential, Commercial, and Industrial)
- Negotiate and execute strategic conversions and new partnerships with key customers
- Develop, implement, and refine go-to-market strategies for assigned RWD product lines, including marketing campaigns, channel expansion, and sales force and channel training programs
- Collaborate with the Strategic Pricing Team/Manager and Product Lines to develop and implement strategic pricing processes and pricing strategies to maximize sales volume, share, and margin
- Develop and provide subject matter expertise for base commercial and residential product lines, serving as the primary point of contact with sales, channel, and customers to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, and implement RWD's overall growth strategies
About the Role:
The Regional Marketing Manager will lead and manage the commercial marketing strategies focused on demand creation and customer affinity within targeted application segments and an assigned sales region. Communication with various stakeholders (i.e., Sales, Distributors, Contractors, OEMs, and Electrical Sector Channel Management) will be accomplished via face-to-face or virtual meetings, training, new product introduction, and issue resolution that support the goal of exceeding annual Profit Plan Sales and Market Share growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or marketing
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position; only candidates within Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee will be considered
