As a Plant HR Manager at Eaton's Power Components Division (PCD), you will play a critical role in driving business results and fostering positive employee relations. The successful candidate will lead the Human Resources function for our primary union plant and two small non-union satellite locations.
Job Overview
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and practices that align with business objectives
- Driving organizational change and deploying HR strategies to build organizational capability
- Working with the division leadership to align human resources programs and initiatives with key business objectives
- Providing counsel and influencing leadership regarding policies, practices, laws, and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in a progressive HR environment
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Industrial/Organization Psychology from an accredited institution
- HR certification
- Prior labor relations experience
- Prior experience with talent management and organization effectiveness tools
