Eaton Group is an established growing law practice specializing in creditor's rights. As a member of our client services team, your responsibilities will focus on client expectations, performing assignments that support those expectations, and working to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements. Our client service specialists interact with clients on conference calls and one on one communications to problem solve. Additionally, as an integral part of the firm, you will have opportunities to help improve processes which increases efficiency and productivity.
Job Purpose:
Established, mid-sized, downtown Baton Rouge law firm is seeking a Client Services Representative to work in a fast-paced environment. The job demands a problem-solver who is well-organized, detail-oriented and a good communicator. The goal of a Client Services Representative is to develop and oversee favorable relationships with clients through performance of numerous tasks and maintaining communications in order to adhere and exceed their expectations. Duties:
· Develop and manage relationships with clients.
· Communicating with the client via email, conference calls, and on-site visits, as well as aiding other Eaton Group departments with external client related inquires.
· Adhere to our client schedule for deliverables, making sure our delivery is in correct format and received in timely manner.
· File Exchanges - receive files sent by our client, verify we received what was needed, and get the information within to its proper destination.
· Work with clients to resolve account level issues that are hindering account from moving forward.
· Analyze data and systems to be a key player for creating a more effective process for automations of client requests and deliverables.
· Solve problems by reviewing manual processes and determining ways to eliminate manual needs; work with IT to automate responses.
· Learning standard procedures as outlined in the work manual.
· Learn to utilize all Eaton Group software and enhance ability to use automated processes.
· Learning all aspects of department and company while striving for continued improvement.
· Effective communication within the organization.
· Other tasks as deemed necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
