Responsibilities:
-Manage a crew to safely complete jobs in an efficient and correct manner.
-Daily communication with management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment. While maintaining attention to detail.
- Oversee the use of equipment and tools to complete landscaping tasks
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
Requirements:
- Experience with heavy equipment preferred (Skid-Steer)
- Must have valid drivers license
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of plant material and proper planting techniques preferred but will train right individual.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
