Aerospace Component Fabricator

Join the innovative team at Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division. Our Westminster, MD facility is searching for an Aerospace Component Fabricator to assist in crafting essential aerospace elements.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. Note: This figure is a general benchmark and might flex based on the candidates' skills and overall market scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Do you have a knack for machinery operation and fabrication? At Eaton, your role will revolve around ensuring top-notch quality and refinement in aerospace parts. Key tasks include:

• Operating machinery for the precise fabrication of composite pressure vessels.
• Undertaking machine setups and chemical preparations.
• Contributing to the safety and environmental measures within the factory floor.
• Striving for remarkable results by participating in continuous improvement attempts.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• At least 1 year in a related industry or military role
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Completed High School Diploma

Desirable:

• Experience with Lean methodologies
• Exposure to varied machine operations and industrial tools

Skills honed in Quality Inspection, Equipment Troubleshooting, and comprehensive Machine Assembling will shine in this position.
