We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Football Coach to join our Eaton High School Football program. As a key member of our coaching team, you will play a vital role in helping our student-athletes reach their full potential, both on and off the field. If you're passionate about Football and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young athletes, we want to hear from you!
Reports To : Athletic Director
Responsibilities :
- Support the Head Football Coach in coordinating the Football program at the High School level
- Develop and implement practice programs to promote individual and team development
- Instruct student-athletes on Football techniques, rules, and strategies
- Assess student-athlete skills and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and uniforms, as directed by the Head Coach
- Serve as a liaison between the Football program, staff, administration, and the public
- Support the planning and execution of practices and games
- Model sportsmanship behavior and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Assist the Head Coach with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and distributing eligibility forms
