Job Summary
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative in the Wenatchee, WA area. This role offers a company car and a guaranteed 40-hour paid week. The expected annual salary range for this position is $94,500 - $138,600.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies. You will manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects. Additionally, you will generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties. You will also provide recommendations for improved electrical systems and cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems. You must also be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel within the district/state/region/country based on customer requirements.
