The Business Management System (BMS) is a critical component of Eaton's quality management strategy. As a Quality Technician IV - Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for assessing the BMS and identifying areas for improvement. Your findings will inform the development of corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the BMS to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Report the health of the BMS to the management team based on assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, industrial, or mechanical roles within a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of auditing experience or AS9100 Auditor Certified and 1 year of auditing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• AS9100 Auditor Certification
• ORACLE ERP system
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Lean Manufacturing concepts
