Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate.
What you’ll do:
Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Friday (4:30pm – 9:00pm)
Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate role responsible for receiving,
labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a
concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. We only want
dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Unload and unpack shipments of products
- Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
- Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
- Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork
- Record receiving data in company systems Manhattan WM
- Prepare and organize received stock for moves put away.
- Identify any damage product and follow the nonconformance process
- Verify packages according to order and ASN’s, STO and PO’s (quantity, quality, etc.)
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to details in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
- High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited school
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
- Must be responsive to customer requests both internal and external
- WMS console experience
- SAP ECC Projection systems-P47
- Manhattan WMS- System
- Forklift certification is beneficial for unloading large shipments
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Detail – oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Data entry and computer skills
