In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing small projects independently and leading FSR teams on larger projects
- Generating timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties
- Providing recommendations for improved electrical systems
- Cultivating strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners
- Mentoring less experienced technicians
