Eaton’s EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $24.75 per hour.

What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for providing manufacturing expertise and support, including but not limited to sorting, verifying, recording, and routing incoming and outgoing shipments. The incumbent will support every aspect of the shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions.
Basic (Required) Qualifications

What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for providing manufacturing expertise and support, including but not limited to sorting, verifying, recording, and routing incoming and outgoing shipments. The incumbent will support every aspect of the shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions.
- Operate and read handheld RF units to find, move, and allocate material
- Use resource management system (SAP) to process all incoming and outgoing freight
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling containers, posting weights, and affixing proper postage and paperwork
- Interface with shipping office, customer service, drivers, and carriers to ensure proper delivery
- Use forklift to load and unload trucks at shipping dock and move material to assigned locations
- Complete daily inspection checklists and perform 5S housekeeping duties as necessary
- Coordinate emergency shipments and shipments to off-site postal carriers
Basic (Required) Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applications must be US persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a US person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of LOCATION (50 miles) will be considered for this position.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weigh scales, measuring tapes, and rulers
- Experience using SAP or other warehouse management system
- Three or more years of warehouse experience
