Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas group is currently seeking a Vice President General Manager to lead the Bussmann Division.
Reporting to Fernando Ceccarelli, President – PCS Group, the President – Bussmann Division VP General Manager is accountable for the $590 M P&L and responsible for leading a global division with over 3000 employees across four manufacturing and distribution centers (La Grange, NC; Juarez, MX; Santiago, DR; Ellisville, MO). This role has direct oversight of the Bussmann Division strategic plan for manufacturing, business development, sales performance, market development, and customer management. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
Position Overview:
The division VP GM will develop and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability. This role requires a thought leader who will provide key observations and ideas, as well as identify both risk and opportunities for the organization. This position is a critical member of the PCS Group Leadership team responsible for ensuring growth through various channels serving key segments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee business operations, establish direction and strategy to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
- Guide the division leadership team in developing and executing business plans. Convert segment strategic plans into actionable plans for the business.
- Develops and oversees the manufacturing strategy to ensure the business is well-positioned for growth. This includes expanding the footprint and increasing manufacturing capacity.
- Create short and long-term plans for the organization, including headcount needs, product development, technology roadmaps, operational investments, and profit goals, aligned with strategic and annual objectives.
- Enhance team capability and morale by developing internal talent and recruiting external talent to foster the desired culture.
- Foster a proactive culture centered on Environmental, Health, and Safety, with the goal of achieving a zero-incident safety mindset. Conduct thorough and comprehensive investigations of any recordable or near miss incidents and implement effective communication and remediation plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in a global matrixed environment with increasing levels of responsibility
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing or business development environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience in manufacturing strategy development, including footprint expansion and capacity increase.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future

The expected annual salary range for this role is $222750.0 - $326700.0 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
