Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead - Inbound.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.

What you’ll do:
Essential Functions:
- Assist Supervisor in day-to-day DC operations.
- Monitor workload and productivity dashboard and allocate resources as required.
- Coordinate all OJT and safety training requirements.
- Participate in OJT and safety team.
- Assist in productivity and non-conformance data collection and analysis.
- Research answers and correct minor day-to-day operations problems and questions; troubleshooting to include both internal and external customer inquiries.
- Recommend new ideas and proposals supporting site scorecard categories and initiatives.
- Provide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor is away – of limited time duration.
- Support all site quality and productivity goals.
- Support kai-ban replenishment system and coordinate material handling with warehouse (W34).
- Perform work of equal or lower classifications as needed.
- Observe safety policies, report unsafe acts and hazards, and maintain a clean and orderly department.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach Truck
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment
- Must be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand
- ERP Experience (SAP)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong people skills
- Strong PC skills –WMS, EXCEL, SAP
- Must be able to learn on the job, adapt to changes and become proficient quickly
- Position requires high level of concentration and close attention to details
- Must be responsive to customer requests both internally and externally
- Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment
