Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This position is ONSITE M-F 6:00am-3:00pm at our Wilsonville, OR Eaton facility.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You’ll Do
In this role:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory management and ensure inventory records are always up to date.
- Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall business performance.
- Prepare regular reports and statistics on warehouse performance.
- Maintain employee timecards
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No relocation is being offered. Only candidates currently residing TODAY within a 50-mile radius of the following Eaton location Wilsonville, OR (Portland OR area). Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience with Oracle, AS400, Vista, and Infor
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- A good understanding of the manufacturing processes
- APICS Certification
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Proficient in MS Office, to include intermediate Excel (V-look ups, pivot tables).
- Experience using a time tracking system
