Account Lead

Position Overview:

The Account Lead is a key leadership role within EATS2SEATS, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of concession services at major sports and entertainment venues. This position oversees event-day execution, team management, and client satisfaction, aligning with EATS2SEATS' commitment to excellence in service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Preparation

• Collaborate with the Site Leadership Plan to organize and oversee pre-event tasks.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure team readiness and compliance with venue-specific guidelines.
• Coordinate with venue staff and EATS2SEATS management to align operational goals.
• Confirm inventory and ensure all equipment and materials are available and in working order.

Event-Day Operations:

• Serve as the on-site leader, managing a team of volunteers and staff to ensure smooth execution of concession services.
• Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching and support as needed.
• Address and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and venue regulations.

Post-Event Duties:

• Oversee end-of-event tasks, including cleanup, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
• Gather feedback from staff, volunteers, and clients to improve future performance.
• Submit comprehensive event reports, detailing successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or food service leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with concession operations or sports venue environments is a plus.
• Ability to attend and be present at events as required.
