UVA Football Spring Game Saturday April 12, 2025 Report Time 12 pm ET
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items while adhering to safety regulations.
- Follow proper food sanitation and alcohol service procedures
- Understand the functionality of the credit card machine (POS)
- Exhibit a high quality of customer service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate customer needs
- Assist to open, serve, and clean the stand
- Operate an individual POS system
- Facilitate customer transactions at the stand
- Arrive on time to each shift; each shift 8-9 hours
Qualifications
- Customer service skills: Interacting with customers is a significant part of working a fan friendly stand. Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally are crucial.
- Attention to detail: Staff must be able to get the correct items the customer requests in a timely manner.
- Physical stamina: Staff are often required to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive motions, prepare depleting product. Physical stamina and the ability to handle these tasks comfortably are essential.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
