As a Site Lead, you'll be at the center of the action, ensuring every fan experience is seamless, safe, and unforgettable. You'll lead and motivate our game-day teams at stadiums and arenas, making sure operations run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do:Pre-Event Preparation
- Onboard and complete training through the E2S Staff App
- Confirm all staff are signed up and ready to go for every home game
- Ensure you’ve completed alcohol training and understand local alcohol laws
- Coordinate with your Regional Operations Director (ROD) to finalize staffing, rosters, logistics docs, and the event operations plan
- Create and organize stand folders including:
- Inventory sheets
- Spoil sheets
- Transfer sheets
- Review the E2S Leaders App, Inventory Tracking, and all operational manuals
- Schedule meetings with all Stand, Area, and Site Leads to align on expectations
Communication
- Monitor the event GroupMe and assist with staff questions
- Coordinate with leadership and Stand Leads via dedicated group chats
- Send daily updates and reminders before and during event day
Game Day ResponsibilitiesBefore Kickoff
- Send energetic GroupMe messages to set the tone
- Arrive 6 hours before kickoff to:
- Record and post intro video of leadership team
- Drop parking and check-in pins
- Set up check-in table (with EATS2SEATS branding & pins)
- Confirm with venue management any day-of updates
- Complete a pulse check of stands (stocked, tankers labeled, POS ready)
Check-In Management
- Stand Lead Check-In (5 hours before kickoff):
- Scan QR codes, provide materials, review inventory process
- Staff Check-In (4 hours before kickoff):
- Ensure uniforms are compliant
- Assign and ferry staff to stands via Area Leads
During the Game
- Ensure every POS system is active and every stand is staffed
- Monitor and reallocate staff as needed using the Leaders App
- Quiz staff on alcohol laws (ID everyone, 2 drink max, open all drinks, no sales to intoxicated individuals)
- Coordinate restocks and POS troubleshooting
- Alcohol sales stop at the end of the 3rd quarter
Checkout and Closedown
- Verify all stands have completed their closing duties
- Collect materials from Stand Leads (POS systems, inventory sheets, folders)
- Oversee proper cleanup (trash, product returns, tanker drains)
- Conduct post-event check-ins with staff, leadership, and venue managers
- Submit final event update to ROD
Policies & Expectations
- Tardiness: Check-in closes 30 minutes after report time. Repeated tardiness leads to warnings and possible termination.
- Dropouts: Missing a shift without proper documentation results in warnings or termination.
- Appeals: Must be submitted with documentation within 48 hours to support@eats2seats.com
