What You’ll Do:Before Game Day
Communication & Team Building
- Join event GroupMe and leadership chats
- Create a group chat for your stand’s staff
- Introduce yourself and build camaraderie
- Send "Tips for Tips" to help your team maximize their earnings
- Smile, be personable, upsell, and engage customers!
Preparation & Training
- Download the E2S Staff App and E2S Leaders App (Apple & Android)
- Complete:
- Alcohol training
- Background check (if applicable)
- Stand Lead Training video
- Event sign-ups via the E2S Staff App
- Confirm uniform requirements and pay rate with ROD
- Review:
- Leaders App Manual
- Inventory Management Guide
- Alcohol Laws (ID everyone, 2 drink limit, open all drinks, no sales to intoxicated guests)
Game Day Leadership
Check-In (5 Hours Before Kickoff)
- Check in with Site Lead and gather materials:
- POS systems/login codes
- Venue & E2S folders
- Pen/pencil
- Head to your assigned stand (Area Leads will assist if needed)
Staff Arrival (4 Hours Before Kickoff)
- Greet and assign setup duties:
- Inventory count
- Icing beer
- Restocking fridges
- Product displays
- Assign roles:
- Cashier – Operates POS system, interacts with customers
- Runner – Supports cashier by preparing and delivering drinks
Stand Setup & Inventory
- Count and record all product using the E2S inventory sheet
- Ensure the stand is stocked, iced, and ready for sales
- Confirm POS systems are working
During the Event
Monitor Compliance & Engagement
- Quiz and observe staff on alcohol laws throughout the shift
- Reinforce "Tips for Tips" to drive sales and service quality
Restocking
- Coordinate with Area Leads before supplies run low
- Ensure the stand is fully stocked before halftime
POS System Troubleshooting
- Reset via power menu or hold for 10 seconds
- Remove/reinsert battery
- Contact IT if necessary
Closedown & Checkout
Post-Game Tasks (Begin After Halftime)
- Begin closedown after 3rd quarter (alcohol sales stop)
- Restock fridges with tankers and unopened product
- Break down cardboard boxes, clean the stand
- DO NOT start final inventory until sales end
Checkout Procedures
- Complete venue inventory sheet and verify counts with Area Lead
- Return all materials to Site Lead:
- POS systems
- Venue folder
- E2S folder
- Dismiss staff and clock out
Policies & Expectations
Tardiness:
- Arriving after check-in closes (30 mins post report time) = 1 written warning
- 4 unexcused tardies = Termination
Dropouts:
- Missing a shift = 1 written warning
- 2 unexcused dropouts = Termination
- Only verified medical emergencies are exceptions (submit documentation to support@eats2seats.com within 48 hours)
Appeals:
- Submit appeal with full explanation and documents to support@eats2seats.com
- Response within 14 business days
