Responsibilities
- Sell and serve chef case food items to customers.
- Maintains working knowledge of chef case food items.
- Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick and personal service.
- Initiate dialogue with customers. Learning their names, favorite products and food items.
- Generate customer satisfaction; responds appropriately to customer concerns.
- Communicate customer complaints/concerns to manager
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a food establishment a plus.
- Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.
- Positive, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude.
- Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
