Responsibilities
- Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick, friendly, and personal service.
- Learning customers their names, favorite products and food items.
- Responds appropriately to customer concerns.
- Prepare sandwiches and salads to recipe
- Slice cold meats, cheese and bread, according to order or recipe.
- Maintain a clean working area and other kitchen areas.
- Produce, validate and store foods listed on prep sheet by recipe in a timely manner
- Follow procedures and existing recipes.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a food establishment a plus.
- Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.
- Positive, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude.
- Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
