Job Title: Babysitter/ Nanny
Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin
Schedule: 4 hours per week (preferably Wednesdays)

Job Description:
We are looking for a kind, caring, and reliable babysitter to spend time with our sweet and adorable child. The ideal candidate will engage in fun, gentle activities, and provide a calm and nurturing environment. The role involves spending time at our home and offering companionship to our little one while keeping things light, fun, and positive.
Responsibilities:
- Spend quality time with our child for 4 hours each week (preferably on Wednesdays).
- Engage in activities like playing with bubbles, watching kid-friendly shows, and possibly enjoying some music together.
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and calm environment for the child.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance, especially when the child is feeling upset (e.g., when their brother cries).
- Be mindful of the child’s preferences, such as avoiding loud noises, large crowds, and anything that may cause distress.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with babysitting or working with children is preferred.
- Patient, gentle, and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to recognize and respect the child’s comfort levels and preferences.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the child and understand their needs, especially with a communication barrier.
