This application is for Skilled Construction Workers, including Foremen. We perform a wide variety of Commercial Construction Work. This position is specifically for those with 5 years of experience in the construction industry, either commercial or residential. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site assessments and identify potential hazards
• Collaborate with project managers to develop construction plans and schedules
• Supervise and coordinate work activities of construction team members
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure high-quality finishes
Working Conditions:
• Heights: Many of our jobs will require you to climb or work off of the ground in some capacity. You should not have a fear of heights if applying for this position.
• Extreme Heat/Cold: This job also exposes you to conditions of extreme heat and cold. If you have any health concerns that would create danger for you in these positions, please do not apply for this job.
• Valid Drivers License: This job requires you to have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
