Job Summary
Were looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician to conduct routine maintenance for our small townhouse association.
Responsibilities
- 1. Snow removal and salting is "as-needed" for all common property and front sidewalk;
- 2. Lawn maintenance and keeping all common areas clean;
- 3. Garbage / recycling pick up (min 2x / wk);
- 4. Maintain our equipment for efficient operation and prevent any safety risks;
5. Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
