YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record progress meetings and prepare and distribute the minutes and agenda
- Prepare and distribute progress reports and status updates to project stakeholders
- Review pay items and prepare monthly estimates
- Collect and record inspector daily reports
- Develop and manage submittals along with a submittals log
- Collect and record payroll documents
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- An associate's degree, preferably in construction management or engineering
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT)
