WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking Construction Inspectors to join our construction management and inspection team and work on construction projects in Fredericksburg, Culpeper, NOVA, Lynchburg, and Fairfax Counties!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
In your role as a Construction Inspector, your primary duties will include :
- Conducting thorough inspections of roadway, structure, and bridge construction / maintenance projects to ensure quality control and contract compliance.
- Communicating inspection findings through clear and concise written reports and verbal communication.
- Applying mathematical principles, including algebra and geometry, to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
- Using materials testing equipment to assess quality and durability.
- Preparing and maintaining project records using contract management and Microsoft 365 software.
