POSITION SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for direct sales of the company's products and services within the geographic areas of California and Nevada.This role requires regular travel and coverage of the Bay Area territory, including in-person meetings, client visits, and other on-site responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages interface with accounts by coordinating resources and directing the employees of Ebara Technologies, Inc. (ETl) assigned to the account. (Essential)
- Calls on moderate to high profile prospective Tier l, Il, and Ill customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer pricing. (Essential)
- Develops business within existing accounts and new accounts (Essential)
- Creates and presents presentations along with coordinating management/dignitary visits to account. (Essential)
- Tracks and maintains bookings, shipments, and rolling sales forecasts on a monthly basis. (Essential)
- Creates and updates strategic account information consistently as required by management. (Essential)
- Interfaces with Purchasing/Planning, technologists, process & equipment engineering, and sales/marketing personnel at assigned accounts. (Essential)
- Prepares quotes as needed and maintains sales opportunity information in the CRM tool utilized by ETI monthly. (Essential)
- Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training and other ETI training. (Essential)
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment and maintains compliancewith EBARA safety policies. (Essential)
- Performs other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience in an engineered product industry or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Two (2) years or more in sales/marketing work-related experience in the semiconductor process industry or related area.
- Working knowledge of general policies and procedures.
- Strong Customer Relations skills.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages including MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and CRM tools and Adobe Standard.
- Sufficient PC skills to manage information and prepare reports and presentations without support.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and program management skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork and Organizational skills.
