About the team :
eBay Live is a new way to sell on eBay, where sellers and buyers interact live on video. We are looking for an experienced eBay Live Account Manager who can join this exciting, growing program and play a pivotal role in driving scale and success. You will work closely with our sellers to help them succeed on this new platform, and be responsible seeing new sellers through the ebay onboarding process and delivering on GMV targets that will meaningfully drive the overall eBay Live business. You will be responsible for advocating for your sellers and for understanding our product and how it needs to be changed.
What you will accomplish :
Onboarding new sellers :
- Facilitate with the onboarding of new sellers
- Work with sellers to help them understand the product and to be self-sufficient
Deliver an ambitious eBay Live GMV target for your assigned sellers :
