The eBay Motors Team is seeking a Software Engineer who are passionate about utilizing the latest technologies to bring our business forward. You will work closely with Product Management, QAs, Architects and the Operations teams.
Responsibilities :
Build highly available, scalable user facing applications and RESTful APIs
Building web technologies and services (e.g. Java / NodeJS / C , etc.) along with browser technologies (Marko, React, Javascript, HTML, etc.)
Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards
Develop technical & domain expertise and apply to solving product challenges
Qualifications :
5 years of experience
BS / BA in Computer Science
Experience with Node JS, Javascript, Java, Scala, Oracle / NOSQL DBs
Experience building web and RESTful applications
Experience working with frameworks such as Spring MVC
Knowledge of core CS concepts such as common data structures and algorithms
