About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Development, Seller Management, to join our Seller Experience organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and launching new features and products that enhance the overall seller experience on eBay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and delivers tangible outcomes for our sellers.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay's management team to align plans with partners in core product, design, and technology teams.
- Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Build processes for continuous improvements and create connections and processes across teams to drive efficient cross-team collaboration.
