Job Overview

Do you think you have what it takes to help lead our Ebb & Float Polaris location? We’re growing our management team and looking for reliable, passionate leaders to join our Ebb & Float family.

A Spa Manager in Training plays a critical role in the day to day operations of leading our team & ensuring our guests have a seamless experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to learning & performing the following:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning for our guests & team.
• Ensure maximum utilization of appointment schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee & assist in preparation of service rooms, lounge, bathroom, and reception areas for members and guests according to cleaning guidelines
• Offer service orientations and guidance for guests between services
• Maintain service & business equipment (float tanks, cold plunge, sauna cabins, etc) and demonstrate competency in functions and settings
• Manage spa staff, including recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling & day to day direction.
• Preserve & implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies & retail as needed.
• Assist in conducting regular staff meetings & reviews to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies to promote the spa's services
• Proficient in time management and able to meet deadlines
• Learn to use sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the space
• This position will require a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend availability required

Physical Requirements

This position requires a constant active level of physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping during a shift. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lb salt bags comfortably.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Daytime Shifts 8AM - 3PM, 9AM - 4PM, 11AM - 6PM
Evenings Shifts 3PM - 10PM
