Position Overview:

Do you have what it takes to help lead our Ebb & Float team? We’re growing our management team and looking for reliable, passionate leaders to join our Ebb & Float family.

Our Spa Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of leading our team & ensuring our guests have a seamless experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to learning & performing the following:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning for our guests & team.
• Ensure maximum utilization of appointment schedule.
• Manage spa staff, including recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling & day to day direction.
• Assist in conducting regular staff meetings & reviews to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Preserve & implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies & retail as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee & assist in the preparation of service rooms, lounge, bathroom, and reception areas for members and guests according to cleaning guidelines
• Train, evaluate & offer service orientations and guidance for guests between services
• Maintain equipment (float tanks, cold plunge, sauna cabins) and demonstrate competency in functions and settings

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies to promote the spa's services
• Proficient in time management and able to meet deadlines
• Learn to use sound judgment and work independently leading the team
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the space
• This position will require a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend availability required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires a high level of physical activity, including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, and stooping during an entire shift. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
